Silver Sands Factory Stores is a short drive from Destin and should be on your list of places to visit. There are just too many great options that it is always worth the trip. For the kids, we love Hartstrings Childrenswear for that special classic outfit. Our Christmas and Easter pictures would not be the same without that perfect sweater or vest that make our boys so handsome. We get the boys everyday clothing at places like the Gap and Tommy Hilfiger. Our two boys play a lot of sports and now the Under Armour Store and the Nike Factory Store seem to be their favorite destinations.

Everyone in our family has wide feet. (What to you expect when someone with a EEE wide foot marries someone with a EE wide foot?) Rockport to the rescue! They offer a good selection of comfortable shoes, even in the wide widths. We can count on them to have what we need several times a year.

Silver Sands has plenty of parking, but we have been there on the occasions when it was full. Just be patient, a space will open up soon.
