Shoppes at Paradise Isle

The Shoppes at Paradise Isle have several of our favorite shopping places in Destin. It is easy to get in and get out from the highway.

Best Buy (hey, the boys outnumber the girls in our family!) is a regular destination, even if we are just browsing while Debbie is visiting Michaels to uncover some deal too good to pass up.
Sarah K's Gourmet is well known (locally famous actually) for their jumbo lump crab cakes. For about $9, you get a tangerine sized portion of a delicious, hot crab cake. They offer a nice selection of foods for take-out that are perfect to take back to your room or office.
Johnny O'Quigley's is an Irish Sports Bar (or Pub?) with a dizzying array of TV screens (many which were HD!). On my last visit there, I could see about 25 of their 48 screens, and there were perhaps 20 or so different sporting events on. I cover Q's in more detail here.

Of course you have other dining choices like Cracker Barrel, Olive Garden, Sonic Drive-In and Subway.
